Innovation Lab
We do not pilot technology on people. We pilot better systems with them.
The Innovation Lab creates minimum, reversible and measurable models through which policy ideas can be tested in real settings. Every pilot has a clear hypothesis, boundaries, voluntary participation, human oversight and a predefined stop plan.
Pilot standard
Pilot standard
A pilot must answer seven questions: which problem it addresses; for whom; what may go wrong; which data are necessary; who can stop the process; how human outcomes will be measured; and what will be published.
What we test
New working-time models; participation processes for AI deployment; orientation and direction-discovery tools; formats for questions and institutional response; indicators for job quality and trust.
Scaling rule
Scaling rule
We do not scale because participants report satisfaction alone. We look for evidence of effect, unintended consequences, transferability, cost and the institution’s capacity to maintain the model.
